For more than two decades, Gragg Cardona Souadi (GCS) has been engaged in creating meaningful spaces and investing in neighborhoods within the Washington, D.C. metropolitan region and beyond.
Since 1999 we have purposefully invested in community by combining our dedication to people with a passion for creative collaboration. We have partnered with stakeholders and public sector actors to energize neighborhoods; expand economic opportunities; and create enduring places for residents to live, work and play.
Many of these spaces are the result of partnerships with local governments and or agencies wanting to re-energize neighborhoods, stimulate economic development and empower residents.
Our work has won the support of institutional investors, and national and local lenders. We’re comfortable and experienced partnering with local governments, negotiating win-win outcomes with community stakeholders, layering financial resources, and crafting localized development concepts that lead to high quality places for people to live, work, and play.
